On May 11, the first line of the largest milk processing plant of TH True Milk company started operating. The enterprise was launched at Borovsk site of Kaluga SEZ. Reaching full capacity will allow the plant to process up to 1,000 tons of milk per day. The main products are drinking milk, yogurt and other dairy products under the TH True Milk brand. The plant will create more than 350 new jobs.

The enterprise was launched by the Governor of Kaluga Region Vladislav Shapsha, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TH Group Ngo Minh Hai, Senator of the Russian Federation Anatoly Artamonov, Minister of Agriculture of region Alexander Efremov. The General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko, and the head of TH Group Thai Huong took part in the ceremony via videoconference.

TH True Milk is a subsidiary of TH Group, a leading milk producer in Vietnam. This is the concern’s third project in Kaluga Region.

The first one — a dairy complex in Ulyanovsk district — already produces milk and is increasing its livestock.

The second one — in Khvastovichsky district — has been designed. The site for construction has been prepared.

Investments in the projects exceeded 9 billion rubles.
